In the fish-gutting portion of the premises it is necessary that the
floors and the walls should be of impervious material, that the utmost
care should be taken in regard to cleanliness and the frequent removal of
fish offal, which, whilst on the premises should be stored in properly
covered iron bins.
I advise the Council to proceed under Section 21 of the Public
Health (London) Act, 1891, and as Medical Officer of Health I have
served the usual notice upon the occupier of the premises.
