When those persons who were non-parishionera, but who died in
our Borough have been deducted, and the outlying deaths added, the
actual or "corrected" number of deaths belonging to the Sanitary Area
is found to be 3,767, of which number 2,006 were males, and 1,761
females.
The death-rate when calculated on this " corrected " number is 18-0
per 1,000 inhabitants for the whole Borough for the year 1906, as against
18'5 for the year 1905.
