DISINFECTION.
The number of rooms disinfected during the year was 3141, of which
578 were stripped ; 2356 rooms were disinfected in the year 1903. Disinfection
has been carried out periodically in every instance where a
case of Phthisis was notified.

St. George's Workhouse :—3 wards (after Small-pox).
Victory Place Schools :—1 room (after Measles).
Public Library, Walworth Road:—The whole of the rooms.
Penrose Street Schools :—1 room (after Measles).
Surrey Square Schools, Infants' Department:—After Measles.
Crampton Street Schools :—" H " Room (after Measles).
Orphanage, Austral Street:—7 rooms (after Scarlet Fever).
