both bodies.
Representation of the Park Street Area as an insanitary one, under
the Housing of the Working Classes Act, 1890, was made to the London
County Council, and is now receiving the consideration of that Authority.
The ordinary sanitary work of the district has received throughout
the year, the same zealous attention as has been accorded to it since the
inception of the Borough.

POPULATION.

The population of the several divisions of the Borough at each Census since 1841, and also the estimated population for 1902 and 1903—
