re-development. The photographs overleaf show sites before and after development
which were only cleared after vigorous and determined action by officers of
the Public Health Department and the L.C.C. Prompt co-operation and action as
soon as illegal parking is reported has resulted in the problem in Poplar
being reduced to a minimum apart from a small hard core of caravanners who as
single units move from site to site in the Borough.
