My thanks are due to the Chairman and Members of the Public Health and Baths
Committee for their help and encouragement to the Chief Officers of the Council
and their staffs for their co-operation, and finally to Mr. C. A. Grabham, the
Senior Public Health Inspector, Mr. A. A. Hamilton, Chief Clerk and all the other
