The other Chief Officers and their staffs have as always, been most helpful
in dealing with the many problems which have arisen from time to time and I am
very grateful for their willing assistance.
To Mr. C. A. Grabham, Senior Sanitary Inspector, Mr. A. A. Hamilton, Chief
Clerk and all the other members of the staff of the Public Health Department, I
owe a deep debt of gratitude for their loyal assistance and support at all times.
