During the year 21 samples were taken at 17 elementary schools and
two dairies. All the samples were genuine.
Ice Cream.
During the year, 38 owners or occupiers were registered for the
storage or sale of ice cream. Of these 2 were on account of change
of ownership.
The number of Ice Cream vendors now on register is 240.
263 Inspections were made during the year and one intimation was
served in respect of various defects.
