Considerable progress has been made by the L.C.C. during the year.
Many of the old properties have been acquired and blocks of flats have
been erected.
Underground Rooms.—Orders were made prohibiting the use of the
following underground rooms for any purpose other than the storage of
non-edible articles, except where otherwise stated:—
