During the year 21 samples were taken at 18 elementary schools.
All the samples were genuine.
Ice Cream.
Daring the year, 17 Owners or Occupiers were registered for the
manufacture, storage or sale of ice cream. Of these 15 were for sale
only.
The number of Ice Cream vendors now on Register is 203.
266 Inspections of the above premises were made during the year.
Cleansing of premises was necessary in 8 instances; 2 other nuisances
existed.
Four intimations were served, and the necessary cleansings were
carried out and other nuisances abated.
