INFECTIOUS DISEASE.
Notifications.
1,895 cases of Infectious Disease were notified during the year. In
addition there were 161 cases notified as Infectious Diseases but in which
the diagnosis was not confirmed. The notification rate was 11.3, compared
with 13.8 in 1926, 10.1 in 1925, 9.8 in 1924, 9.2 in 1923, and
6.6 in 1922.

Infectious Diseases in Milkshops and Homeworkers' Premises.
Two cases of infectious disease occurred in families connected with the
sale of milk, and no dairy premises were associated with infectious disease
during the year.
