MATERNITY AND CHILD WELFARE.
The Maternity and Child Welfare work is divided between the
Borough Council and the Royal College of St. Katharine, the Borough
Council taking the areas north of Bow Road and south of East India
Dock Road and the Royal College of St. Katharine being responsible
for the intermediate area.
