Overcrowding.
A number of cases of overcrowding were reported but on account
of lack of housing accommodation remained unabated. No cases of
overcrowding were found in workshops.
General.
3,251 complaints (including 77 smoke) as to nuisances were made.
3,727 communications on general matters were despatched, and 5,328 in
connection with the supply of milk.
