PUERPERAL FEVER.*

Number of Cases.
Sixteen cases of puerperal fever were notified:—4 Poplar,
10 Bromley, and 2 Bow.

Deaths.
Three patients died—1 Poplar, 2 Bromley, and 0 Bow.
SMALL-POX.
51 cases of small-pox were notified. 2 of the notified cases were
reported to be not suffering from small-pox, as also was one doubtful
case which was not notified.
Sixteen deaths occurred, see Tables VIII., IX. and X.

VACCINATION. The Vaccination Officer, Mr. Ryan, has kindly furnished me with the following statistics:—
