Overcrowding.
A number of cases of overcrow ding were reported but on account
of lack of housing accommodation remained unabated. No cases of
overcrowding were found in workshops.
General.
2,305 complaints (including 38 smoke) as to nuisances were made.
5,076 communications on general matters were despatched, and 6,518 in
connection with the supply of milk.
