The results of the analyses of 710 samples were reported to the Committee during the year 1921, the samples being as follows :

Note.—The samples of Beer and Spirits were procured under Food Control Orders.
‡ Of the 451 samples of milk, 76 samples were procured on Sundays
from itinerant vendors and 141 from itinerant vendors on weekdays.
All the Sunday samples were in accordance with the standard and no legal
proceedings were instituted.
