COMMON LODGING HOUSES.
Applications for licences were received in respect of common lodginghouses
in the County of London and considered by the Public Health
Committee, which sat as the licensing authority on behalf of the London
County Council, at a Special Meeting held at the Clerkenwell Sessions
House on June 27th, 1912, at 10.30 o'clock a.m.," as follow :—

The above licences in respect of seamen's lodging-houses in the
administrative County of London were considered by the Public Health
Committee, on behalf of the London County Council, as the licensing
authority, at a Special Meeting held at the Newington Sessions House,
on 2nd December, 1912.
