COMMON LODGING HOUSES.
Applications for licences were received in respect of common lodginghouses
in the County of London and considered by the Public Health
Committee, which sat as the licensing authority on behalf of the London
County Council, at a Special Meeting held at the Clerkenwell Sessions
House on June 27th, 1912, at 10.30 o'clock a.m.," as follow :—
