Again I am deeply indebted to Mr. Shillinglaw, the principal Clerk
in the Town Clerk's Department, for his valuable assistance which at all
times he has so willingly rendered me, adding efficiency to the working
of the Public Health Department. Mr. Shillinglaw acts as Clerk to the
Public Health and Housing Committee, and has recorded the resolutions,
recommendations and reports of the Committee which have been quoted
in this report.
