Sir,—
I beg to hand you my seventh Annual Report and details of the
work carried out by myself under the Bye-laws, for the year ended
December 31st, 1910.
Overcrowding.
In order to discover many of the cases dealt with, inspections were made during the early hours of the morning and the late hours at night. The following streets are where overcrowding took place:—
