prevent the repetition of such offences, and at their last meeting
they passed the following resolution

Board, stating that the Council are of opinion that after
three convictions in respect of offences against the Sale of
Food and Drugs Acts within the period of two years in the
Administrative County of London, the Magistrate should be
empowered to order the name of the offender to be struck
off the Register of Purveyors of Milk, etc., and that a letter
be also sent to the other Metropolitan Borough Councils
asking them to concur with this Council in the matter."
