The Public Analyst reported that during the year he had analysed
370 samples; 12 or 3.2 per cent. were found to be adulterated.
This compares with 6.2 per cent. for 1909, showing a satisfactory
decrease. The Public Analyst in his report states:— "This result is
much the lowest percentage of adulteration recorded since I have held the
office of Public Analyst, the nearest being 6.2 last year."
