Ice-Cream Regulations.
All premises where ice-cream is made have been inspected and
attention given to all the utensils. The Italians in this respect seem very
clean indeed, the wooden mixers being carefully scrubbed and the zinc
tools scalded and scrubbed. The itinerant vendors have kept their names
and addresses properly displayed on their barrows as required by the Act.
Public-House Urinals.
These have been kept under observation as far as possible and are
cleansed at intervals.

Your obedient Servant,
JOSEPH JOHNSON, R.P.C.,
Cert. San. Imp. Exam. Board (London);
Sanitary Inspector and Intpector
