22nd December.— 40 tons mixed peas and grain. Converted
into cattle food.
Sale of Food and Drugs Acts.
50 samples have been purchased under the Sale of Food and
Drugs Act, and submitted to Mr. Young, the Public Analyst, for
analysis.
On the 16th of December, the vendor of the sample of milk
marked 119F was fined 30s. and 23s. costs, for selling milk certified
to be deficient in fat 30 per cent.
