It was suggested the Council should support an appeal to the
Government for an enquiry as suggested. It was pointed out the
facilities for treatment of in patients are quite inadequate, and
could be probably largely developed in existing hospitals if the
desirability of such development could be shown. The Committee
recommended the Council to support an appeal to the Government
for an enquiry as proposed.
