To the Medical Officer of Health.
I beg to submit my first Annual Report of the sanitary work
executed in the Bromley North Division for the year ending 1904.
The Division was inspected by my late colleague, Mr. F.
Anthony, up to the end of January, when he was taken seriously
ill, and died on the 24th of February.
During his illness and up to the time of my appointment, viz.,
the 24th of March, the district was inspected by Inspector Boyce.
The sanitary work executed is as follows: —
1,440 premises have been inspected.
1,094 in response to complaint of nuisances.
297 on account of notified infectious diseases.
149 house-to-house inspections.

Cantrell Road. | Swaton Road. |
Grace Street. | Stewarts Cottages. |
Washington Street. | Three Mill Lane. |
Canal Boats.
Canal boats, numbering 30 in all, have been visited. Only one
of these was a registered boat the others being registered barges.
There was no cause for complaint to be made.
