reconstructed, and in most cases intercepted, ventilated and furnished
with means of access in accordance with the London County
Council's Bye-Laws and the regulations of the Borough Council,
plans in each case having been submitted:—

The drains of the following premises have been relaid on the old
lines; in most cases means of access have been fixed for cleansing
purposes, and where sufficient fall was obtainable intercepted
and ventilated:—
