Sir, and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to submit, in accordance with the depart
mental requirements of the Local Government Board my 26th
Annual Report as Medical Officer of Health for the North or Bow
District of the area under your jurisdiction, together with the Annual
Reports of the Sanitary Inspectors allotted to that district, and also
the Report of the Lady Inspector.
The population of the parish of Bow for the year 1 goo is estimated
to the middle of the year (as followed by the Registrar
General) at 42,428 and the following table gives the
official census for the last 100 years :—
