The sulphur tablets were slightly deficient in flowers of sulphur which in the Analyst's opinion might have been
caused by insufficient mixing during manufacture.
The adulterated informal milk sample had approximately 10 per cent. f added water. A formal sample taken
subsequently was however genuine. Samples are being taken regularly to ensure that the milk from this farm is
consistently genuine.
The ammoniated quinine samples were deficient in ammonia. This was found to be due to insufficient corking.
The batch of bottles concerned were withdrawn by the manufacturers.
