TUBERCULOSIS.
Public Health (Tuberculosis) Regulations, 1952.—These Regulations came into force on the 1st May, 1952 and revoke
the 1930 Regulations. They continued to make cases of tuberculosis notifiable but the other powers and duties formerly
given to sanitary authorities were not replaced as they " had become outdated and at variance with the present structure
and operation of the tuberculosis services."
