The Council are co-operating with the London County Council in improving the home conditions
of certain families, who, at first view, do not appear to come up to the standard it is desired to maintain
on London County Council Estates. If at the end of a period of, say, three months the families haave
improved their standard of living to such an extent that they would appear to prove satisfactory
tenants, an opportunity is given them of making further application for accommodation.
