A good many other children were specially referred by the School Medical Officer to the
Medical Officer of Health from the schools mentioned and from others. None of the children
were allowed to resume attendance until certified free from any indications of infectious disease.
It is interesting to note that on several occasions the date of sickening (in certified cases of scarlet
