Laboratory facilities
The following summary relates to the work carried out by the
public health laboratory on behalf of the council during 1961. The
smaller number of faecal specimens indicates the decrease of " sonne "
infection in the borough; on the other hand typhimurium positives
increased from 8 to 23.
