CORONER'S COURT AND MORTUARY.
The Mortuary was used for the reception of 150 bodies,
removed from tbe following places:—
From houses in the Borough 93
„ „ outside the Borough 7
„ Lewisham Infirmary 38
„ Bermondsey Workhouse nil.
„ Other places 12
The portion of the Mortuary reserved for infectious
cases was used for 2 cases.
Inquests were held upon 145 of the bodies, and a
post-mortem examination was made in 93 cases.
