QUESTIONNAIRE TO SCHOOLS ON DENTAL HEALTH
As a follow up to the visit of Pierre the Clown to some schools within the
borough, the co-operation was sought of Head Teachers to conduct a small
survey based on a random sample of schools.
The questionnaire was aimed to ascertain what the children had remembered
about these visits and at the same time to try and obtain information about
certain aspects of their home dental care. Teachers were asked to assist the
children in completing the questionnaires but not to influence their answers.
A total of 193 children completed the forms and they were divided by age and sex as follows:-
