665 letters with schedules of disrepair were sent to owners.

The Future of Qualification Certificates
There is every indication that the Government will considerably amend
the present provisions for granting qualification certificates and as a long term
policy they will probably be phased out (1975).
The Housing Finance Bill which has aroused considerable controversy
will probably become law in July, 1972, and only then will the full implications
of the present Bill which may be amended be known.
