DEATHS FROM CANCER OF THE LUNG AND BRONCHUS
There was a reduction in the number of deaths from cancer of the lung
and bronchus 229 occurring compared with 259 in 1968.
The deaths were distributed amongst the various age groups as follows:-

ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
My thanks are due to the Borough Engineer and Surveyor for the
following information regarding road traffic accidents occurring in the
Borough of Lambeth during the year 1969.
The figures shown refer not only to Lambeth residents but also to persons
living in other areas who were involved in accidents in the Borough.
