Chemical Analysis
Two hundred and seventy five samples were procured formally, 110 of which
were milk, and 1,599 samples were procured informally.
Set out below is a table of samples reported by the Public Analyst to be adulterated or otherwise unsatisfactory, showing action in each case. Informal Samples
