Day Hospitals for Mentally III Persons
There is no day hospital within the Borough, but a number of Lambeth
patients attend Maudsley, Tooting Bec, West Park and St. George's Day
Hospitals.
Social workers at the day hospitals are supplied by the boroughs in which
they are situated. Home visiting of Lambeth patients is carried out by the
Borough's mental health social workers. There is close liaison between Lambeth
mental health social workers and hospitals (both day and other) where Lambeth
patients are being treated.
