Measurement of Atmospheric Pollution
Daily measurement of smoke stain densities and sulphur dioxide concent-
rations have been maintained in the Boroughs five measuring stations, in callabo-
ration with the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research.
The following figures show the number of visits and revisits made by the
Smoke Inspectors and the Technical Assistants during the year :-
