ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
The following tables show the toad traffic accidents occurring within the
Borough of Lambeth during the year 1960 and the comparative figures and
casualties for the period 1954 • 1960.
The figures shown refer not only to Lambeth residents but also to persons
living in other areas who were involved in accidents in the Borough.
The number of fatalities shown in these tables may not agree therefore,
with those in the list of causes of death supplied by the Registrar General.
The Registrar General's figures refer to Lambeth residents only, and the death
may have occurred within the Borough of Lambeth or outside the district.
