LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
PUBLIC HEALTH (LONDON) ACT 1936
In respect of 135 summonses returnable to the Lambeth
Magistrates Court and Petty Sessional Court, 32 Abatement Orders
were made, 41 cases were adjourned sine die and 62 were withdrawn,
the nuisances being abated by the respective owners by the date
of the hearing.
