Thanks are gratefully tendered to the members of the Maternity
and Child Welfare and Public Health Committees for advice and
criticism, to the general practitioners and other medical men working
in the borough for their help and co-operation, to the chief officers
of the Council, and principally to the staff of the Public Health
Department, who have been working under a serious handicap due
to the town hall alterations.
