the 4th January, 1925, to the 2nd January, 1926, otherwise than bj
notification on Form A or Form B under the Public Health (Tuberculosis)
Regulations 1912, as amended by the Public Health (Notification
of Infectious Diseases) Regulations, 1918, e.g., from death
returns (patients unnotified before death), from verbal information,
notifications furnished by Naval or Military Medical Authorities, outside
Medical Officers of Health, etc.
