Basement Bakehouses (Section 70)
The quinquennial inspections of the seven basement bakehouses were carried out and notices served
to bring these premises up to the standard required under the Act.
Outwork (Sections 133 and 134)

Visits were made to the homes of persons notified as outworkers. In no case was it found that work was being undertaken in unwholesome premises. The type of outwork and number of workers were as follows:-
