CHIROPODY SERVICES
I have referred elsewhere to the resignation of the chief chiropodist, whose last day of
service was 20th October, 1968.In view of the extreme difficulty in recruiting a replacement
and the continued shortage of senior and sessional chiropodists, it proved necessary to close
temporarily five sessions a week at two centres in the Borough. In spite of this, it was
gratifying that the total number of sessions held, and the total attendances, were higher
than in 1967.
