Bacteriological Examination
(a) Ice Cream

Ninety nine samples of ice cream were sent for bacteriological examination and following Methylene Blue tests were graded as follows:-

Grade I54 including 7 of soft ice cream

Samples falling within Grades I or II are considered satisfactory.
