An Appeal was heard at the New River Petty Sessional Court held at the Town Hall on

Section 109 of the Act in respect of 40 Ecclesbourne Road. The Justices ordered that the
tenant should do the work to comply with the requirements of the Notice. It was subsequently
understood that the owners took over the question of repair work, and that this was proceeding.
