Notifications are received from the Government of Malta where immigrants
propose to take up residence in this country. Eight applications were received
during the year in respect of 19 persons comprising 4 men, 4 women and 11
children. One of these applications was approved, one cancelled, one was not
recommended but referred to the L.C.C. for final decision as the address was under
the jurisdiction of that Council, and one was outstanding at end of year. The 1
approved application included 1 man, 1 woman arrd 4 children.
