Details of the action taken in respect of complaints received of alleged noise nuisances during the year are as follows :—

One petition was received complaining of an alleged noise nuisance caused
during the night at a certain factory in the borough. The Company, upon being
approached, discontinued all night work and, therefore, no further action was
necessary in this case.
