Morris and Co., Meat Importers, Ltd., Liverpool Wholesale Meat Market. He is
a fully qualified Sanitary Inspector, possessing the Meat Certificate, and has the
special experience similar to his predecessor.
Slaughter Houses. —Inspector Wilkinson records 77 visits and
Inspector Haydock 115 visits to these premises, and the following are the number
of animals slaughtered for human food :—
Oxen. Sheep and Lambs. Horses (for export).
